  • Regulatory & Audit: Lead statutory reporting and audit cycles, ensuring full compliance with local standards and seamless documentation delivery.

  • Data & Reconciliations: Resolve discrepancies across bank, intercompany, and operational datasets by partnering with Data teams to ensure ledger integrity.

  • Process Improvement: Drive month-end efficiency and scalability by refining internal controls and transitioning manual workflows into streamlined processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting/bookkeeping.

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems.

  • High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to international finance operations (especially Hong Kong, Australia, or Singapore) will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to leverage LLMs and automation tools to optimize financial workflows, clean messy datasets, and accelerate reporting cycles.
