The Right Profile

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to support multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and operational marketing programs. In this role, you will play a key role in campaign execution, email marketing, promotions operations, partnerships, events, and reactivation initiatives, while working closely with Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, Product, and Operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, managing operational execution across multiple initiatives, and supporting marketing programs that contribute to acquisition, reactivation, and engagement. You’ll gain exposure to events, webinars, referral programs, and campaign reporting, providing a strong foundation for growth marketing in a high-growth fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Ownership: Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, and referral) to hit growth targets.
  • GTM Messaging and Optimisation: Lead the development of high-converting messaging and landing pages, utilising A/B testing to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Strategic Lead Generation: Manage the full marketing funnel for high-value segments (Private Wealth/Platinum), including lead capture, gated content, and sales team handover.
  • Partnerships and Event Strategy: Execute webinars, live events, and co-marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and attract priority customer segments.
  • Retention and Reactivation: Collaborate with CRM/Lifecycle teams to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at reducing churn and re-engaging inactive users.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between Performance, Product, and Ops teams to ensure tactical alignment and operational excellence.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Own post-campaign reporting and analysis to document learnings, optimize promo mechanics, and ensure legal compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in marketing, growth marketing, campaign management, or GTM roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel acquisition programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable with campaign tracking, dashboards, reporting, and budget pacing.
  • Experience in reactivation, referral, and partner-led growth channels is a plus.
  • Strong operational execution skills combined with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services, or regulated consumer industries is a plus.
  • Highly organised, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
