This also means you will be embedded into functional teams ranging from Engineering, Product and Data, to Marketing, Operations, and Investment Advisory to solve real-world challenges in a fast-paced environment as they happen.
Key areas of impact may include:
- Assisting in the development of seamless user experiences for our web and mobile apps.
- Conducting market research and analysis to support our brokerage and managed portfolio pillars.
- Supporting operational workflows to ensure client assets are managed with the highest standards of security.
- Contributing to growth and brand initiatives that bring our mission to life for everyday investors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, etc.).
- A strong interest in Fintech and a passion for Syfe’s mission to democratise investing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-border environment.
- Proactive attitude with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset.
- Able to demonstrate our 3 values in your day-to-day - these are Hunger, Hustle and Humility
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in a startup, financial institution, or technology company.
- Familiarity with investment products (ETFs, REITs, or fractional trading).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
