The Right Profile

As our Paid Social Lead, you will own the engine that drives Syfe’s brand presence and user acquisition across the social landscape. You are a growth-obsessed builder who lives at the intersection of data-driven precision and creative storytelling. You don't just "run ads" - you architect high-converting funnels that turn casual scrollers into long-term investors. You thrive in high-growth environments where you can balance strategic planning with a relentless, hands-on approach to execution, always keeping a clinical eye on CAC and LTV.

 Responsibilities

  • Own the Social Roadmap: Develop and execute high-impact paid social strategies that align with our aggressive growth targets across different markets
  • Design, Build & Deploy: Lead the full lifecycle of campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, ensuring every dollar spent is optimised for maximum impact.
  • Experiment & Iterate: Run structured A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to consistently move the needle on performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex datasets and performance metrics into actionable strategic pivots, providing clarity on ROI and growth forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Creative, Data, and Product teams to ensure our campaign funnels are integrated, seamless, and high-converting.
  • Platform Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the industry, anticipating algorithm shifts and emerging ad formats to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing large-scale paid social budgets for both web and mobile apps.
  • Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with Meta, TikTok, and X Ads Managers, with a knack for maximizing output from platform account teams.
  • Strong experience navigating the nuances of the APAC digital landscape and tailoring strategies to local cultural contexts.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with total confidence in interpreting marketing analytics to drive ROI and guide business decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and a "no task is too small" mentality.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with the technical side of tracking—including CAPI, pixel implementation, and navigating the post-IDFA landscape.
  • (Preferred) Advanced experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer, specifically leveraging deep links and deferred deep links to create seamless user journeys.
