The Right Profile
Syfe is looking for an exceptional and strategic individual who can accelerate our vision as we are going after a multi-billion dollar industry! We are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor / Wealth Advisor in Hong Kong to cover the unique investment needs of clients across different wealth spectrums. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, possess strong investment acumen and have a strong ability to adapt to new technologies. Responsibilities
- Build and implement highly focused sales strategies and processes to identify, target, and acquire clients across wealth spectrums (Affluent Retail, HNW, and Corporate clients)
- Provide in-depth market colour, write regular investment content, identify needs and investment gaps, advise clients on asset allocation using in-house proprietary tools and develop investment proposals / strategies to help clients implement their financial plans
- Engage in client engagement activities, including active priority clients, HNWIs or Corporate client reachouts, and conducting regular webinars or seminars
- Enhance client experience and sharing client insights with the product and marketing teams
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
- Optimise client lifetime value / wallet size by driving client longevity and cross-selling strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in sales covering affluent retail, HNWIs, or corporate clients
- Proven sales track record, persistent & good time management skills
- Strong investment acumen, deep passion for financial markets with an effective combination of analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop deep client relationships with holistic advisory leading to growing wallet share
- Strong communication and presentation skills to consistently influence and win businesses
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters Degree with solid experience in finance or banking industry
- Currently licensed representative or relevant individual
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of tech start-ups and financial markets
- CFP / CFA qualification preferred
- Existing HNWI, Corporate or SME client network is a plus
