The Right Profile

As the Paid Search & ASO expert, you will own the engine that connects our users to their financial goals. You are a growth-minded builder who lives at the intersection of data and creativity, balancing aggressive user acquisition with a clinical eye on unit economics (CAC:LTV). You don’t just "run ads" - you architect full-funnel journeys. Whether it’s decoding a sudden algorithm shift or fine-tuning a deferred deep link, you are the technical anchor for our growth, ensuring every click leads to a meaningful conversion.

 Responsibilities

  • Own the Acquisition Engine: Lead the end-to-end strategy and optimisation of Google Ads (App & Web) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) to drive scalable growth.
  • Spearhead ASO Strategy: Drive organic visibility by leading keyword research and translating those insights into metadata, creative assets, and broader campaign strategies.
  • Drive Conversion Excellence: Partner with Creative teams to iterate on app store assets (icons, screenshots, videos) and ad copy, ensuring we maximise both CTR and CVR.
  • Experiment & Iterate: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks for app store listings to identify and scale high-performing variables.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics to ensure our search efforts align with broader business KPIs, driving high-quality user growth at optimal ROAS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of proven experience managing Search Ads in a high-growth consumer tech environment.
  • Deep technical understanding of app store algorithms and a track record of driving organic growth.
  • Strong experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer), including the technical implementation of deep links and attribution modelling.
  • Expert-level proficiency with ASO and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or App Annie).
  • Comfortable owning the strategy while remaining hands-on with execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Specific experience navigating and scaling ASO and Paid Search across diverse APAC markets.
  • (Preferred) Previous experience driving growth for wealth management, digital brokerage, or online trading platforms.
  • (Preferred) A proven ability to optimise campaigns specifically for high-intent events that drive higher ROAS at an optimal CAC
