The Right Profile
As the CRM Lead (Singapore), you will own Syfe’s customer lifecycle and engagement strategy in our home market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Singapore), you will oversee all aspects of marketing communications, from onboarding and education, to ongoing engagement, retention, and cross-product adoption. In this role you will showcase the simplicity of Syfe’s product and relevant information to support our investors across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

You will work closely with our Investment & Content Lead to deliver our content to our users in the best formats at the right times. This role is cross-functional in nature and will involve close work with product, various marketing teams, data, and compliance teams to deliver communication that builds clarity, confidence, and trust.

- Own the strategy and distribution of Syfe Singapore’s newsletter, delivering market insights, product updates, and practical investing guidance in partnership with content, product marketing, product, and compliance teams.
- Ensure all CRM and content outputs are localised for Singaporean investors, balancing clarity, compliance, and different levels of financial literacy.
- Partner with the central CRM product owner to ensure campaigns are automated, modular, and built on a strong data foundation.
- Maintain and optimise CRM templates, personalisation logic, audience segments, and decision rules.
- Support major product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns with coordinated lifecycle messaging plans.
