The Right Profile
You are a strategic, data-driven marketer who is passionate about the intersection of user psychology and wealth management. You don't just follow industry trends; you aim to set them by building immersive onsite experiences that transform casual users into long-term investors. You thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments and bring a "scrappy" entrepreneurial mindset to building growth frameworks from the ground up while collaborating with global teams to drive Syfe’s mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth & Activation: Own the execution roadmap to increase user adoption and brand awareness across all Syfe products through innovative onsite activities and global campaigns.
- Lead onsite Initiatives: Take end-to-end ownership of interactive onsite initiatives designed to engage and retain our B2C user base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive growth strategies by analysing product-user fit and identifying high-value activities that drive user lifetime value.
- Product & Tech Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement onsite campaign mechanisms, ensuring a seamless user experience across App and Web.
- Referral Program Ownership: Lead the optimisation of our referral program, building robust tracking frameworks to measure efficiency and scale performance.
- Experimentation & Impact: Implement a rigorous "test-and-learn" methodology through A/B testing to validate hypotheses and deliver measurable business results.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the competitor landscape and emerging fintech trends to proactively evolve Syfe’s growth roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Growth or Onsite Marketing, specifically within Fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth internet companies.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a large-scale B2C user base.
- Deep understanding of onsite campaign mechanics and experience executing high-traffic campaigns on digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly data-oriented with a relentless focus on tracking results and driving ROI.
- (Preferred) Experience managing growth campaigns across diverse international markets.
- (Preferred) Strong expertise in building tracking frameworks and using data visualisation tools to communicate growth KPIs to stakeholders.
