We are hiring a Product Manager to drive the evolution of Syfe’s trading and investing experience. You will work with a global and diverse team of talented product managers, designers and engineers and support product and business teams to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Market Entry: Define and drive the product vision for future offerings across the Syfe Group. You will translate complex market dynamics and regulatory requirements into a cohesive product strategy that differentiates us in the market.
- Roadmap Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from zero-to-one. You will build and manage a data-backed roadmap, rigorously prioritising the backlog to balance immediate user value with long-term technical scalability.
- Growth & User Acquisition: Architect the acquisition engine. You will identify high-potential growth channels and optimise conversion funnels, utilising A/B testing and user research to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximise LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central node between Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams. You will lead the squad to ship high-impact features on time while fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.
- Regulatory & Compliance Management: Navigate the specific nuances of the HK financial landscape. You will partner closely with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure all products are robust, compliant, and ready for regulatory scrutiny without compromising the user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent domain experience.
- 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing Fintech products (Brokerage / Wealth Tech preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Metabase / Mixpanel / Tableau / Looker) and statistical decision-making.
- Experience as product owner in agile/scrum, including backlog management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- History of zero-to-one launches or innovative growth experiments.
- Technical background (e.g., ML/AI concepts or frontend coding).
