The Right Profile
As the SEO Lead, you will own the organic growth engine for our global markets. You are a growth-minded strategist who doesn't just follow search trends - you anticipate them. We are looking for a rare blend of technical architect and creative strategist; someone who is as comfortable performing deep-dive log analysis as they are coaching local content teams on keyword intent. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about scaling high-impact backlink strategies and building the future of SEO led organic growth playbook.
Responsibilities
- Own the Global Roadmap: Develop and implement localised SEO strategies that align with global business goals while spearheading regional backlink frameworks and reputation management.
- Deep-Dive Execution: Act as the subject matter expert on keyword research, intent analysis, and localised optimisation frameworks to drive high-intent traffic.
- Future-Proof Search: Oversee technical SEO strategy with a focus on AI-optimised (AIO) crawling, indexation, and generative search best practices. Lead CMS migrations and optimise site health (Core Web Vitals) for maximum performance.
- Collaborate: Bridge the gap between engineering, product, and content teams to ensure SEO/AIO is baked into the product lifecycle from code deploy to content launch.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage GA4, Search Console, and log data to forecast growth, identify trends, and provide transparent, global-level reporting to stakeholders.
- Scale Operations: Manage SEO budgets, oversee strategic partner relationships, and "playbook" best practices to train partner teams on the evolving search landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven achievement in Global SEO, specifically managing localised performance for large B2C audiences across international markets in the Fintech industry.
- Comfortable owning the global SEO strategy while remaining hands-on with technical execution and local coordination.
- Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors and a working knowledge of web architecture (HTML/JS) and how it impacts crawling.
- Expert proficiency in GA4, Search Console, and data visualisation tools (Looker, Excel/Sheets) to guide decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Ahrefs, Semrush etc.
- Experience running A/B and multivariate experiments to drive conversion and growth.
- (Preferred) Proficiency in SQL for performing log analysis and deriving actionable crawl insights.
- (Preferred) Practical experience implementing strategies for LLMs, voice search, and multimodal search (AIO).
